This course will explore leadership in its broad sense, and will work through a carefully planned process that unpacks personal, professional and school values in relation to building school vision and aims, distributing leadership and aligning values to leadership styles. The day is designed as an active learning experience for participants, who support each other to gain greater personal understanding and map out a way to develop their vision and values in their own schools.
